The owners are stylish couples in their 20s. Both of them had improved their ability in famed apparel brands and started to search a plot in their hometown, Kohriyama where they wished to establish a select shop (a space that provides wide variety of goods to the shoppers and often displays the latest brands) of French brands.
They eventually decided to purchase the corner of the tranquil, verdant high class residence area far from the downtown. This choice visions their high aesthetic sense. The project initiated with their ambition toward their ideal store.
la poser adopted 3 stories high and the steel structure. The 1st floor and the 2nd floor lay their select shop and café to realize their ideal styles and the 3rd floor holds their private housing. The lifestyle in SOHO with haute couture is just about to begin in Kohriyama.
建て主のご夫婦は、20代のとてもスタイリッシュな美男美女カップルです。2人とも有名アパレルブランドで腕を磨いた後、地元である郡山でフランスブランドのセレクトショップを独立開業するため土地探しからスタートしました。
2人が最終的に選んだのは、一般的な繁華街ではなく、閑静な自然に包まれた高級住宅街の一角でした。ハイセンスなお2人の審美眼がこの点にもあらわれています。ここで自分達が理想とするショップを目指すべく、計画が始まりました。
鉄骨造3階の建物の1階、2階は自分達のスタイルを実現するためのセレクトショップとカフェ、上階をオーナー住宅としました。
新しいオートクチュールのSOHOが郡山に現れようとしています。
