Shiansa Gangnam-gu in Soul is a trend area which gathers Hermes and other top brand stores intensively.
HORIM ART CENTER which exhibits antiques in tranquil space is the landmark of Dosan Street with the motif of china designed by Korean famed architect Yun Thae-Yeong and other antique earthenware vessels of ancient times. This project began with the commission to arrange a café in this art museum.
As a showroom for buyers of the modern art galleries with the high orders of top esthetics, the velvety silk of luster and the transparent delicacy of Korean papers cover the entire curvilinear wall facing the black stainless and rose wood materials at the opposite.
We were committed to designing the high quality as a flagship shop of IL CIPRIANI.
ソウル市の島山地区はエルメスをはじめ、センスのあるショップやレストランが数多く集約するトレンドエリアです。
韓国建築家のユ・テヨンが手掛けた 陶器と櫛目文土器をモチーフにした建築で島山大通りのランドマークでもあるHORIM ART CENTERは古美術を展示する静謐な空間。
その美術館内に計画するミュージアムカフェの依頼を受け、設計がスタートしました。
現代アートギャラリーのバイヤーなどが集うアンテナショップとして、審美性が求められたこのショップは、絹のような光沢と透けるような繊細さを併せ持つ韓紙をアールの壁面に張り巡らせ、ブラックステンレス、ローズウッドと対峙させたシックな空間。
「IL CIPRIANI」のフラッグシップショップを目指しています。
